    Can you build a new website from scratch?

    Yes. We build new websites, online stores and web applications on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and PHP. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.

    Can you work on a website someone else built?

    Yes. We review the platform, hosting and code first, then confirm what we can support. You don't need a BuildKitly theme.

    How does pricing work?

    Service projects are quoted individually; no price list is published for service work, because every quote depends on the scope. Themes have a fixed price of $9 per theme and are bought at checkout. Installation (from $29 per site) and design & feature customization (from $99) are services, quoted through the form and arranged separately by email; they are not part of checkout. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work begins, and nothing is paid when you send a request.

    Do I need a BuildKitly theme?

    No. A theme is one way to start. You can also start from your own project or from your existing website.

    Do you offer maintenance and hosting?

    Yes: one-off support or recurring maintenance, and hosting and server management. Hosting provider fees are billed separately from BuildKitly fees. Frequency and scope are agreed in your quote.

    What is the difference between Instant download and Made to order?

    Themes marked Instant download are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Themes marked Made to order are prepared for you after payment, and we email the download link when it is ready. We do not promise a specific delivery time.

    Can I use a theme on more than one website?

    Yes. The license covers any number of websites you own or build for your clients, for personal or commercial projects. You may modify the theme, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.

    Can I get a refund?

    Within 14 days you can request a refund if the theme does not work as described and we cannot fix it, is materially different from its description or demo, you did not receive your files, or you were charged twice. We do not refund because you changed your mind after downloading. See the Refund Policy.

    How do I get support?

    Email support@buildkitly.com with your order number and a short description. We reply in the order requests arrive and do not promise a specific response time. For quotes and projects, write to sale@buildkitly.com.
