BuildKitly sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you receive a theme
Instant download. Themes marked “Instant download” are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. You receive an email with your download link, and the files appear in My account → Downloads if you have an account.
Made to order. Themes marked “Made to order” are prepared for you after you pay. We email you the download link when it is ready. We do not promise a specific delivery time. If you have not heard from us and need the files, write to support@buildkitly.com with your order number.
On theme cards, “instant” means Instant download and “order” means Made to order.
Download links
Each download link works for 30 days and 10 downloads. If a link expires or you lose it, contact us and we will renew it. You can check an order any time with Track your order using your order number and email; guests do not need an account.
Platforms
Each theme is sold for WordPress, Shopify or Next.js. The platform you choose at checkout is the platform of the files you receive. Buying another platform is a separate purchase.
Installation and customization
Installation and customization are services, not downloads, and they are not sold through checkout. We quote them individually and arrange them separately by email. Once the written quote is agreed, we email you the next steps (we never ask for passwords by email). Timing for these services is agreed with you in writing.
Problems with delivery
If your email did not arrive, check spam and the address on your order. If it is wrong, tell us and we will resend. If we cannot deliver your files, you can claim a refund under our Refund Policy.
