How much does a theme cost?
Every theme costs $9 per platform. Installation (from $29 per site) and customization (from $99) are services, quoted individually and arranged separately by email; they are not part of checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
How do I buy?
Online checkout is temporarily unavailable. Open a theme and choose Request this theme, and our team will follow up with you by email. Prices are in US dollars.
What is the difference between Instant download and Made to order?
Themes marked Instant download are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Themes marked Made to order are prepared for you after payment, and we email the download link when it is ready. We do not promise a specific delivery time.
My download link has expired or I lost it. What now?
Each link works for 30 days and 10 downloads. Contact support@buildkitly.com with your order number and we will renew it. You can also look up an order with Track your order using your order number and email.
Which platforms do you support?
Themes are available for WordPress, Shopify and Next.js. The platform you request is the platform of the files you receive; another platform is a separate purchase. Check each theme page for what is available.
Can I use a theme on more than one website?
Yes. The license covers any number of websites you own or build for your clients, for personal or commercial projects. You may modify the theme, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
Do I get theme updates?
We send theme updates by email for as long as we publish updates for that theme. We do not commit to a fixed update period.
Do demo images and content come with the theme?
Demos show the intended design. Demo images and sample content may not be included in your download. The theme page describes what the package contains.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days you can request a refund if the theme does not work as described and we cannot fix it, is materially different from its description or demo, you did not receive your files, or you were charged twice. We do not refund because you changed your mind after downloading. See the Refund Policy.
How do I install a theme?
Our documentation has step-by-step guides for WordPress with Elementor, Shopify and Next.js. If you would rather not do it yourself, you can request installation: it is quoted individually (from $29 per site) and arranged separately by email, not through checkout.
Can you customize a theme for me?
Yes. Customization is quoted individually from $99, and scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts. Payment for it is arranged separately by us, not through the site checkout. Tell us about your project through the support page.
Do you handle invoices and taxes?
Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record. It collects and remits applicable taxes such as VAT or GST and issues your receipt. Quote the order number on that receipt when you contact us.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is optional and lets you follow your requests, find your downloads and leave reviews. Online checkout is temporarily unavailable; use Request this theme on any theme page.
How do I get support?
Email support@buildkitly.com with your order number and a short description. We reply in the order requests arrive and do not promise a specific response time. For quotes and projects, write to sale@buildkitly.com.
