About Grit House

Who it is for

Grit House suits a strength gym, CrossFit-style box or boxing club that sells coached classes and would rather show the work than a stock-photo smile. The structure assumes a coach roster, a class timetable, tiered memberships and a first-week trial offer, so an owner-operated studio with a handful of coaches can fill every slot without rewriting the layout.

How the pages are laid out

The home page opens on a loud headline, then moves to a program row (Barbell Club, Engine Room, Sweat Shop), a 12-week training block explainer, four coach profiles, a price table and journal teasers. Inner pages cover Programs (six programs, from Reset & Mobility to Fight Fit and Open Gym), a Class Schedule page headed 'Book your sweat', Coaches, Membership Pricing, a Journal with a beginner lifting article, and a Contact page with a trial form headed 'Claim your week'.

Design notes

This is neo-brutalist in the plain sense: hard edges, heavy condensed headlines set in Anton, a monospaced face for labels and a lime accent that does most of the coloring. Space is tight and the type is large, so the page reads like a poster wall rather than a brochure.

Good to know

The theme is built in Elementor, so text, buttons and the class cards are edited visually in the page editor. WordPress, Shopify and Next.js versions are each a separate $9 purchase, and all three are made to order for this theme.
