About Hale & Ward

Who it is for

Hale & Ward is written for a partner-led law firm that handles several practice areas and wants to look established without looking stiff. It fits a firm that gets most new clients through a consultation request, and it has space for attorney biographies, notable results and short articles on current legal changes.

How the pages are laid out

Eight practice areas (Corporate & Commercial, Litigation & Disputes, Real Estate, Employment Law, Family Law, Estates & Probate, Intellectual Property and Criminal Defence) appear on the home page beside a results section and four attorney profiles. Each practice has a detail page with 'What we handle', 'Our approach' and 'Questions we hear often', plus its own litigation team. Contact, headed 'Tell us what is at stake', lists three offices, and Insights holds articles.

Design notes

Serious and traditional, in a modern frame. Libre Caslon Text gives headlines the look of a law report, Source Sans 3 keeps body copy neutral, and a deep burgundy accent stands in for the usual navy. Layouts are columnar and quiet, with little decoration around the text.

Good to know

This one is a Gutenberg build, so the WordPress block editor is used for page content. WordPress, Shopify and Next.js packages are three separate $9 purchases, all made to order. Legal wording, results and disclaimers in the demo are placeholders you must replace with your own.
