Demos show the intended design. Demo images and sample content may not be included in your download, so the theme page and package description are the source of truth. Here is the general approach.

If your package includes a content file

  1. Back up your site first. Importing can add many pages and media items.
  2. Go to Tools → Import and install the WordPress importer if it is not already installed.
  3. Choose the .xml content file from your download and run the importer.
  4. When asked, choose to download and import file attachments only if the file contains media.
  5. Assign the content to your user account, then finish the import.

If your package includes Elementor templates

  1. Open Elementor → Tools → Import/Export Kit or Templates → Saved Templates → Import Templates, depending on your Elementor version.
  2. Select the file from your download and import it.
  3. Edit a page with Elementor and insert the imported template from the library.

If there is no sample content

Build pages from the theme's layouts and sections, using the live demo as your guide. Replace placeholder text and images with your own.

Tips

  • Import on a staging copy first if your site is already live.
  • Replace demo photos with images you have the right to use.
  • If the import stops halfway, ask your host to raise the PHP time and memory limits, then try again.
