Where to find your download
- Email. After payment you receive an email with your download link. Check your spam folder if it is missing.
- Your account. If you bought while signed in, your files appear in My account → Downloads.
- Track your order. Use Track your order with your order number and email to check the status of any order. Guests do not need an account.
Link limits
Each download link works for 30 days and 10 downloads.
Link expired or used up
Email support@buildkitly.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will renew the link. Keep your downloaded files somewhere safe, such as cloud storage or a backup drive.
Made to order themes
If a theme is marked Made to order, we prepare the files after you pay and email the link when it is ready. We do not promise a specific delivery time. If you still need the files and have not heard from us, write to support@buildkitly.com with your order number.
The email never arrived
Check spam and the address on your order. If the address is wrong, tell us and we will resend. If we cannot deliver your files, you can claim a refund under the Refund Policy.
