You do not need an account to buy
You can check out as a guest. You will need an email address, because your order confirmation and download link are sent there.
Track an order as a guest
- Open Track your order from the footer.
- Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- You will see the status of the order, or receive an email with a link to it.
If the details do not match, the page shows a general message. This protects other customers' orders, so double-check the number and the email address.
What the order statuses mean
- Pending: the order was created and payment has not been confirmed yet.
- Paid: payment is confirmed. Instant-download themes are ready.
- Preparing: a theme marked "Made to order" is being prepared. We email you when the files are ready and do not promise a specific time.
- Completed: every item in the order has been delivered.
- Refunded: the order was refunded and its download links no longer work.
Sign in for more
Creating an account is optional. When you register with the email you used to buy, earlier guest orders are linked to your account. With an account you can:
- Find your files again under My account → Downloads.
- Review your orders and their status.
- Save themes to your favorites and see them on any device.
- Leave a review on a theme you bought.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link. We do not reveal whether an address has an account, so you will see the same message either way.
Download limits
Each download link works for 30 days and 10 downloads. See Download your files again if a link has expired.
